Don't cut it to 1,ooo caloiries. That is really unhealthy. The lowest you should go is 1,200 because our body needs a healthy about of cal to lose weight. And when you first start losing weight your body isn't used to so few cal compaired to what you usually eat.

oh and in order to eat that low calorie(which is not recomended_- you need to super nutritious foods- like none of your foods should be junk empty calories, because if you're limiting yourself that much, your body needs everything it can get in vitamins, fiber, protien, minerals ect...lost of fruits and veggies and lean meat

I'm not quite sure how long it might take to get to that size, but I think you might want to start out with a slightly less extreme diet - 1000 calories is very low. You'll probably feel pretty sick and dizzy all the time, especially if you're working out 2 hours per day. It might be a lot easier to stay on the diet, and maintain your weight once you get it where you want it, if you eat more (like 1500 per day?) and exercise less (if you're not already used to working out that much - what are your current workouts? What's your exercise plan?) good luck!
