Ht. 5'5", Start: 211 lb, Today: 206 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I started weight watchers and at first i did really good i lost 5 pounds the first week but now i started taking an aerobics class at my school and ever since then i gain weight everytime i weigh in i keep track of my points good so i think it might be mucsle weight but im not sure... i didnt go this week because im afraid that i might gain more weight and im like freaking out i dont know what to do... does anyone have any advise?

your definitely gaining muscle weight. dont stop though. you'll gain for awhile.. but then you'll start losing. for the first month or so measure yourself.. dont weight yourself. you'll lose some inches and then the weight will fallow right after. good luck! i gotta get into weight watches.. i been puttin it off!
