Ht. 5'4", Start: 143 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 125 lb - this is extremely depressing. I dont know what to do. I have lost complete motivation. I started off at 143 and now im UP to almost 170. How on earth can i gain over 20 lbs instead of losing 20. Now i have 40+ lbs to lose and im scared! Please someone help me to motivate myself. I desperately need advice and guidance as well as encouragement. Please help me accomplish this.

It is okay. Seriousley, I know how you feel. I haven't gained weight in YEARS, and when I found out last month that i had gained 10 pounds, I was devastated. If anything, it'll help us out because we're now more determined than ever to get the weight off. We can do this together. Just stay calm and take things one step at a time. Freaking out will get you nowhere. Just start eating well again and you'll see a big improvement!

you could be focusing too hard, it happened to me once. i also ate too little and then binged, which slows your metabolism and then clings to the extra energy when you binge. try eating every four hours, spending at least an hour a day being active, and paying attention to your body... is it hungry or not, are you thirsty or tired, are you getting enough sleep ect... that will help you a lot.

I know how you feel I got on the scale and it said I gained 10 pounds and I have been doing good on my diet.All I can say is keep your head up and you can do it.if you every need any motivation just email me Bethann1188@aol.com
