Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 130 lb - well im new to this site (todays the first time) and i was soooo happy today because i ran one mile and i usually just hope that i'm going to run and not actually get up and running. i am sweating like crazy so i think i lost alot of calories (: and i was wondering how many calories i should eat to loose five pounds in a 3-4 weeks and how much should i jog each week? much appreciated. you are about where i am when i first started and about the same height. Two years ago i weighted 170, 5'6.75, and i lost about 40lbs in three months, but now i am 5'7 and back up to about 140, which isn't bad, but i know what i can look like, so it bugs me. Just tell yourself that you can lose weight, and you will!
