Then I managed to gain 21 of those 30 lost pounds back gradually. Im mad at myself, but wallowing in self pity wont solve anything. Im working out three times a day in hopes of reaching my goal by late september--when I start college. In the morning I lift weights and do some Taebo. In the afternoon I go for a 1.5 mile walk with my dog and in the evening I go as close to an hour as I can on the elliptical. I love working out, but Im doing it so often that I lack the motivation. Any tips to maintain motivation?

Reply from quincy, Age 17 - 04/02/08 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx umm.. u gotta find something that u enjoy, like dancing or a fun sport, otherwise u will get tired of it. . and it's reely hard to lose just with exercise.. unfortunately u gotta cut down on the foods u love. .im a comfort eater so its really hard for me so i found that if i can do sumthin active with a bunch of ppl that keeps me from eating when im stressed out.. ive gotten to like volly ball and im actually not too bad at it, lol,, hope this helps.
