In the morning before school i'm going to eat some strawberries, for lunch i'll have cheese sandwich made with wholemeal bread, usually it will be a ham sandwich but we don't have any until tomorrow! For dinner will be like pasta with a tomato sauce! Dessert will probably be strawberries and if i get peckish at night while i'm watching tv i'll have 1 cup of tea with low calorie sugar! Please ive me your opinions!

Other than that it sounds good...also drink alot of milk. Three or more servings of calcium a day aid the weight loss process good luck and God bless. (=
