Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok so i saw this youtube video.. and i wanted to see what you guys think about it..
ok it said you could lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks.
You need to...
eat 4 small meals a day 3-4 hours apart
before you eat each meal, eat 2 raw veggies
with the fiber mix with water.
drink 70 ounces of water each day.
and workout 20-40 mins. a day..
do you think that is a good diet?
