Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok so i saw this youtube video.. and i wanted to see what you guys think about it..
ok it said you could lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks.
You need to...
eat 4 small meals a day 3-4 hours apart
before you eat each meal, eat 2 raw veggies
with the fiber mix with water.
drink 70 ounces of water each day.
and workout 20-40 mins. a day..
do you think that is a good diet?

what are the meals? and fiber is good for you but you really dont need tons of it you should get enough from whole grains. and really... thats way to much to loose at one time if you want it to stay off.

yea, that sounds like a good plan, but make sure the meals r good for you, and eat fruit more esp. since its spring now, but idk how much u will lose, it depends if ur really commited
