Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Can someone please tell me if i really screwed up?
This morning i purposely woke up early and went out for a half hour jog/walk.(i usually gor for 20 minute jogs after school, but i thought id make it a little longer today)So i got back home, felt great, and still had to eat breakfast. my dad comes in the house with doughnuts and i was really gonna make an excuse not to have any, but then he says "i was walking out of the shop when i realized i didnt get your favorite kind! so i went back in and bought some." How do i say no to that?!? that would just be mean. So i had one doughnut (opposed to usually having 2 in the past) and drank the cappuccino he bought me. cause i just couldnt say no. now i feel really disgusting. I'm planning on eating a piece of fruit for lunch and a few bites of whatever my mom makes for dinner. did i totally screw up my day/week? I was doing good all week. :( I feel like my jog was pointless now.

no, you didnt. i do that and they way i feel ruins the week, not my choices. maybe talk to your dad? tell him your interested in becoming healthier and you cant do that when coffee ands doughnuts are calling you. just be a daughter and tell the truth. dont punish yoiurself for wanting to be a better daugther and not saying no to kind gestures.

no every excersize you do is not pointless. And its ok to cheat or slip up on your diet. It tells your body that it can keep burning fat because you are giving it more calories. Do Not Worry About I. Just be like normal and after the treat you just had , go ahead and eat healthy

No, you didn't screw everything up! Don't worry. It's not like the healthiest breakfast ever, but calorie-wise it's really not all that bad. Just eat healthily for the rest of the day. And the jog/walk isn't wasted - you're still getting in better shape and you still burned calories.

don't cut back so much the rest of the day to make up for it as you'll probably just end up really hungry tonight and end up bingeing. just forget about it and start fresh tomorrow!
