Ht. 5'7", Start: 330 lb, Today: 331 lb, Goal: 280 lb - Hey everyone! Today starts my new official lifestyle change. I read that if a person can maintain a habit for two weeks that can keep it up for a very long time. So today I am starting my own little made up diet plan. Breakfast - Special K and Skim Milk, Lunch - a turkey or tuna sandwhich on multigrain bread some kind of fruit and juice and Dinner - a Chicken salad with a mix of iceberg salad mix and romaine lettuce with raspberry vinagrette dressing. If there is time for a snack it will be Yoplait Light Yogurt or a Granola Bar I am trying to increase my water intake drastically, and I usually have a form of fruit for my dessert, I discovered these small cans of del monte fruit but they offer them in cans of 100 calorie, I love the 100 cal peaches and fruit cocktail so I usually have that. For exercise I do 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, 30 minutes on the tredmill, sometimes 5-10 minutes of rowing on the rowing machine and I love doing 15 minutes or more of mechanical weights. I hope that I can get down some 6 pounds or more before I go home for the summer May 10th.

great ob. SOme advice with the fruit cocktail, watch the sugar intake if it is in syrup, but if it is in water its fine. Just not too many of those if they are in syrup because then your body will really crave sweets and it will be hard to say no to a candy bar if it should come around. Good luck, your doing awesome.
