Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 04/24/08 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx hey. i lost a lil over 50 pounds by counting calories. just eat between 1000-1500 per day and dont go over your calories and the weight will come off. it comes off slower when you don't exercise though, it took me about a year to lose it without exercising, but its still effective. hope i helped!
