Ht. 5'5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I have not been losing weight in the past week. Ive only been eating carrots for lunch, a medium sized breakfast, and either no or a small dinner. I do gym everyday in school but would that help me or would i have to to more excersise at home? I just learned that gettin muscle is good for your metabolism but doesnt muscle weigh more than fat? Is there any way to LOSE weight without too much excersise and if excersise IS mandatory can you kindly list some activities that I can do to lose weight? Thank you!

not eating enough actually SLOWS DOWN your metabolism!

first of all, to lose weight it's important to not skip a meal or only eat a little. It uses muscle for energy instead of fat. And I've lost 27 lbs and ive found that the best way to exercise is to do anything you like that gets your heart beating. Good luck!
