Ht. 5'8", Start: 190 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Okaay guys . I need some advice :) . As you can see , i'm tall for my age , and it seems as if i'm not as heavy as i am , but i would like to step on the scale and not feel so dissapointed afterwords . First off , i need a good goal weight . Next , i need motivation . After that , well , i need to start . Haha . Kaay , so if anyone knows what would be a good goal weight for me , i'd like to have a round-about idea . Once school is over , me and my friend are going to start jogging together , and i will eat better . But i'd like to start ASAP . Please answer back whenever possible ! :) Thaanks ! how about 160lbs.that seems about right for your height. maybe 155

you should set little goals and accomplish them along the way and try to reach an ultimate one. Like right now since you're 200 you should set a goal of 190...and when you're 190 your goal should be 180...you know like little by little? you'll be dropping a lot all together. 10 lbs at a time would be a good start :) good luck~

maybe 130-150?that would be good im 5'7 and my jenny craig person said my goal should be 120 so thats what im aiming for

a good goal weight would be about 140-150
