I wish everything could fall into place. I feel like im eating the wrong kinds of foods. I mean its heathly food ii only eat about 1500 cal. a day but does anyone know a good diet plan or a good site that puts a diet plan together for you for free?
Reply from jessica, Age 14 - 05/25/08 - IP#: 68.231.21.xxx ok you want to know my whole diet. its vegetarian. there will be NO bread, no meat, no butter, no processed foods, no candy, nothing like that. no soda. no cows milk. what you can eat. All veggies. All fruits. soy milk. brown rice. beans. no fat yogurt. oatmeal. corn tortillas. egg whites. (not the yolk, its nothing but fat, the egg whites is protein, 15 calories each and 0 fat) yeah. if you want some chocolate sometimes only eat a small portion of dark chocolate. this is actually good for you....but only a little. good luck. e-mail me at jpatikan@yahoo.com for more info. =)
