I was really motivated. I am really motivated i've tried numerous times to diet but this time i realize its about making the right choices such as instead of having a donout as a snack each day have two mini chocolate kisses or friutistopdrinking soda. i also stopped eating fried foods and everyday i go walking for 30 min-1 hour so far i've lost 3 pounds my first week. i'm sooo excited by changing my eating habits and lifestyle to being healthy. wish me luck!
