Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I have trouble with bingeing. I'll start off good.I'll not overeat for like a week then I will once and just ruin it. Its so fusterating. Does anyone have any tips to keep them from overeating? It would be a great help. Thanks :)

hey. we weigh about the same. and im glad to know that your going through the same thing i am about wieght. its so hard to lose it. but you just have to be positive

find something to do. sometimes people just eat because theyre not doing anything, so find something to do that occupies your mind and hands. so youre less likely to go grab something and use your hands to stuff food into your face. and if you find yourself going for the bad foods then stop....take a few deep breaths, and tell yourself that you have been doing a wonderful job at losing weight and your not going to screw it up by eating this rubish. good luck.

hey. i know how you feel. but honestly, ive lost 54 pounds and thats just dieting for a week and then screwing up for a few days. the weight will still come off, but not as fast. its taken me from june last year til now to lose 44 pounds. just take it one day at a time. its alright to cheat every once in a while, slow and steady wins the race. good luck!
