Ht. 5'4", Start: 174 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I need good,succesful tips to lose weight properly. I have physical education class and it has been helping me learn how to do certain exercise steps. If you can please answer these questions:
How much should i eat a day??
How much exercise should be done for starters???
ANY GREAT TIPS... PLEASE TELL ME THEM!!

at first i think you should avoid counting calories and just gradually cut out junk food and fizzy no diet drinks and introduce fresh healthy food.

calculate your caloric needs on www.caloriesperhour.com but basically- start cutting out junk food and adding more fruits and veggies- try to do something active daily, but for starters start working out every other day, then add minutes, then add strength training on off days. good luck!
