I would have no trouble running a 10 mile loop and feel fine after it. since though i went from liek 130 to 200lbs, and even though i was down to 162 i'm 177 now and haven't run mroe than 5 miles i like 2 years. don't be worried about what you look like though, i run around my school area and even though i got a gut now i still go shirtless when its warm out! lol just be urself thats the best if ur worried about how u look running you'll never enjoy it u can e-mail me if u want Nickkk92@yahoo.com
Reply from Jessica, Age 22 - 06/02/08 - IP#: 12.149.100.xxx I feel like you are talking about me. Try other types of exercise. I'm doing Yoga right now, it's hard but great exercise. I also go to the gym and use the elliptical and walk on the treadmill. Not everyone is a runnner... and maybe once you lose more weight you will become one but don't worry... any exercise will help and you can build up to more.
Reply from Kailey, Age 14 - 06/02/08 - IP#: 69.156.177.xxx jogging and running are not for everyone, if fact if you are considered clinically overweight, they do not reccomend it because it can damage your joints muscles and knees,, try fast-paced walking or biking instead.
