Also if i'm suppost to then how do i know what certin food's, like vegtables that arent labeled, how may calories it has.
Reply from jacquie, Age 18 - 06/11/08 - IP#: 75.13.32.xxx personal oi count cals it's very easy for people to go over the recommended 2000 cals a day. or 1500 which i am. i count cals because it makes me more aware of what goes into my body, what is more filling and what helps me out....... however you dont have to count cals you could start by cutting waht you eat in half or leaving a 4th behind it's a good way to keep track and it's a start.. but then you could turn a 680cal meal to a 340 meal... it's really up to you and which you want counting takes time and dedication but after a while you can start to eye ball it and remember by not and just cutting them you still really dont know
