Ht. 5'7", Start: 260 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 200 lb - ok so what do u do whaen you just have a "bad day". Today I ate bad! I had a health bar and then mac and cheese, and then just munching on things all day. It always feels like I can do a Diet for about a wek and then I just hive up. How do I make sure that I don't just stop what I've been doning. I feel like I have been doing good, but now I just messed every thing up. I haven't been in the 240's since idk. what should I do!!!!!

ok first just because you fall off the horse dosent mean you should stay off hop back on i've done very well and lost ten pounds and then just slipped and gained it all back....but now i'm back if you are having trouble get a weight loss partner, get two or three... people who are working for the same goals and someone to give you a big old kick in the butt when you fail..... it will be ok if you wanna talk i have aim and yahoo or we could e-mail just message me back here oh and remember this ***5.)
