Where is everyone these days? this board has been screaming 'dead!" for the past week, anyway...I finally got a schedule up for myself! well I didn't write it anywhere but its in my head. This is what it is-- Every morning I do 2 miles on the treadmill (walk/jog/speed walk) uphill incline and sometimes just steady straight on. After those miles I do 50 crunches, 20 pushups and just some stretching yoga stuff. When there's time after that I dance for like 30 mins (sometimes more). Then during the evening time like...6 pm I do another 2 miles and after that do some dancing again and crunches and stuff. So that's 4 miles everyday plus dancing and those in between crunches, pushups and stuff. My eating goes something like---cereal in the morning---3 hours later lunch---3 hours later another light snack (like a nutrigrain bar or something)--- 3 hours later something small again and so on and so forth, no eating 3 hours before going to bed. Please respond and tell me how you think my new and improved plan is...so far, I've lost nothing but I've only been doing this for 2 days! so I expect that. But I for one am in for a long summer so I will be on here every day until I loose all my weight becuase I love it here and talking to you is so fun. Anyways, your plan sounds great but yes switch up every month or so and only exercise formally no more than 6 days a week becuase your muscles need time to relax and repair themselves. But if you stick with it I have no doubt you will loose weight. :-) Keep up the good work!
Reply from kristi, Age 18 - 06/17/08 - IP#: 98.223.138.xxx hey, that sounds like a really good plan...the only thing i suggest is change it up a little bit...because you are going to get really bored after a few weeks, try doing the same thing on mon, wen, and fri then maybe add in a different schedual for tuesday and thursda,,,another thing is just write it down, i had a checklist to make sure i did everything i wanted to do that day!!! good luck though :)
