Ht. 5'6", Start: 146 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hi, it's me again. I've still gained more weight (8lbs) and I think I know why: my bf is tempting me to eat more than I should. I enjoy that sometimes, but i also know that it's not good for me. What can I do? I've tried to talk with hiim about that. he says it isn't like that. but somehow i feel that it's like that. or how would you think about ordering pizza late in the evening and going to fast food restaurants every second day? what can i do - should i finally leave him?

you can alwasys say no.... when i'm dieting my bf watches what they eat as well as reminding me what i'm doing when i reach for something bad... if they want pizza that's fine.... you order a salad most pizza places offer salad...

If he's doing it on purpose, or simply doesn't give a rat's arse about your health and input on the subject, then dump him. If you've talked to him and he's not listening, definitely dump him. If you haven't already, tell him that if he wants to make himself fat and unhealthy that's not your problem and you refuse to be treated that way. You shouldn't compromise your health and happiness for that sort of behavior. So let him know that if he doesn't start considering you, you're going. Stay strong and best wishes! =)

hey, sorry you gained some weight, but i think he wants to just like take you out places and talk over meals and stuff, i dont think he means it in a bad way or anything, i think he makes you happy that is rare i think you should stay with him.
