Ht. 5'7", Start: 275 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Okay so today i'm kind of aggravated because i think i'm getting bored with my routine i walk and bicycle for about five days a week and i lift weights for three days. I've lost about 27 pounds so far but i'm really lost now and i don't know where to go from here... can someone please make any suggestions or anything

mix it up a bit try a few workout vids those will help mix it up a bit get you parents friends family the kid next door to go walking or bikeing with you it will help keep you going music is also a good thing aswell play it while you walk, ride your bike... however try the vids those help and make it easy to workout on those rainny days

try dancing around your room put on your radio or headphones :) time flies when you are having fun plus its a great work out
