Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so i think i did really well today !:) im proud of myself.i had some tofu an egg and 1 piece of weight watchers bread, then i had an all bran bar, 2 yogurts and another half of a granola bar, then i had a greek salad. i think i only had about 800 calories today, but im not hungry at all right now. plus i had like 400 extra calories yesterday so this will even it out anyways. if im hugnry later ill have some fruit though, im not going to starve myself. i just need to start exercising more, like i never have time i work so much and ive got so much other stuff going on in my life to keep me busy that i cant find time to work out on my elliptical or anything like that. but i tihnk ill start walking to and from work again, its only like a 20 min walk so thatll help i think. anyways, thats it for me, just wanted to stop by lol keep going everyone, we can all do this we're stronger than everyone thinks! :)

Good job Amanda, and thank goodness you're not starving yourself, it's so refreshing! I have a hard time finding time and motivation to work out as well, but for the last few days I've been doing 30 min of yoga in the morning before breakfast and after dinner I take a 20-60 min walk casually looking at stores and such around my neighborhood. You can start out like that and then work your way up to a higher intensity workout, but remember to always have at least one day a week without any female exercise planned. :) Keep it up, doll!
