I haven't posted anything, but I have been reading some of your posts every now and then. Anywho, I messed up my back yesterday and I'm not really sure how. It hurts to move so all I can really do is lay down. I'm not sure whether I should suck it up and continue my exercises or slow down till my back feels better... or... ? I'm really not sure. So any suggestions, tips, or exercise ideas would be great... Have a good week everyone. :)

Reply from Sammi, Age 16 - 06/29/08 - IP#: 69.123.117.xxx Slow down for a little bit until your back gets better, otherwise you'll just make it worse. If you can't move, then you're out of luck with exercise, but keep eating right and you won't gain weight. Google "BMR" and type in your info and it will tell you how many calories you would burn if you layed in bed all day. Say your BMR is 1800, if you don't eat more than 1800 calories, you won't gain weight.
