Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i just got in from my walk and now i can do it in 50mins before it was an hour plus to make it the 3.3 miles.... but quick question what is everyone going to do about the holidy... the4th is comeing up bbq's and al those yummys soo any ideas besides self control

what i'm proberbly doing is having one "bad" food to celabrate and after that only healthy stuff like salads and so on.....

im gonna go for the healthier options...what else does your family cook? do they have broccoli, corn, or baked potatoes or anything?
