Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 239 lb, Goal: 190 lb - yeah, i lost another pound!!!! i go to college in a month exactly im going to try to lose 20 pounds...i kno i can do it!!! yesterday i had 2 chicken salads, greenpepper, and a cucumber. i wasnt hungry after that because my salads were huge and everytime i got hungry i just got a cucumber or greenpepper...it was delisious....doesnt hurt that my dad is also doing the diet with me...its hard tho cause hes bigger than me so hes losing more weight, oh well ill tone up :), anyways im going to run 2 miles, then walk 2 miles...maybe do some stretching later...GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

i talked to my doc and he said hes possible with the excersize plan i have and my diet... he said 5 pounds a week is okay for me just make sure i drink plenty of waater and eat a salad whenever i get hungry. he told me i wouldnt lose muscle because i was still eating, if i stoped eating i would lose muscle and prolly alot more then 20 pounds, but thatws not what im doing.

if you loose 20 pounds in one month, you may loose muscle rather than weight. you'd have to loose 5 pounds per week when the normal rate would be 1-3 pounds. But if you think you can do it, best wishes and good luck in college! :D
