From stacy, Age 18 - 07/29/08 - IP#: 71.98.70.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'11", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb, Goal: 180 lb - sooo today i had a green peper for breakfast, grilled cheese on low cal bread (total-100 cals) and a lil bit of water melon... late im running 2 miles, and then doing some sprints...i dont know why the weights not comming off im been doing so good excerzing everyday yes EVERYDAY! tiring i kno, and eating about 1200 cals or less a day why isnt anything working!!!
Reply from Motivated, Age 19 - 07/29/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx you should get yourself checked out with your doctor- run some blood tests. if you've been sticking to this a while, it makes no sense you haven't lost weight- you might have a hormonal imbalance such as an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism). if so, you can get medication that can help you eventually balance out and make it possible to lose weight. god luck!
Reply from Crystal, Age 19 - 07/29/08 - IP#: 75.120.233.xxx It's probably because you arent eating enough. If you dont eat enough your metabolism slows down and then you don't lose weight. If you are exercising, you need to eat more than 1200 calories. Probably around 1500-1800 calories.
Reply from ellie, Age 15 - 07/29/08 - IP#: 88.81.132.xxx thats so odd that you havent lost weight yet. keep at it though make sure you weigh yourself at one set time, like the morning when you'll probs b at your lightest. drink more water and cut back on salt in case your retaining water. dont give up!!! :)
