Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so today i had multi-grain cheerios for breakfast with skim milk, as a snack i had apple cinnomon rice cakes, total about 120 calories, for lunch i had a corn muffin with little margerine, and for dinner i had a light mac&cheese with grilled chicken and brocli. i drank like 4 and a half water bottles. i don't feel like i did great at ALL. i was about to go to the gym, but i would literally pass out. so i'll skip the gym today. what else should i do?! only 38 more days to lose weight before school starts!

you need to cut down on the refined carbs. instead of mac and cheese- eat a whole wheat pasta. you also need a lot more fruit and veggies. one serving a day does not really cut it. try it and i think you'll lose weight a lot more quickly.good luck!

I think you did really well actually. The only thing I'd suggest is that you ate more for lunch maybe a turkey sandwich w/ an apple or something like that and added more fruits and veggies into your diet.
