I can't afford to buy cans every week. ---Anyway...ughh this is so hard...my weight keeps flunctuating from 175-178...I know I'm screwing around with my body and maybe thats why it's doing that. I don't know what to do anymoree. I hate the girls on TV. I hate the girls in the magazines. I hate peoplee who think just because they are skinny, they can take over the world. But I want to be that person. I Don't know. I just feel like I've lost the drive that I had when I first started...when I first got to 159...I gave up and shot back up again and as god as my witness I will NEVER be 210 lbs again! EVER! ok I'm done. Oh, p.s --a question. So I heard that its good to exercise right after you eat because you burns the cals and also some girl I know said she does it and she drops weight like crazy. Let me know guys, please. I'm desperatee here and sad too. Very, very sad. :(
Reply from Bethany, Age 14 - 08/11/08 - IP#: 71.101.156.xxx You should always exercise about 30 minutes after you eat. It will energize you, and you will be able to go longer and harder at exercise! Also, i dont know about you, but i always feel bloated and too full and sluggish if I do any exercise right after i eat. Another thing you should do is not eat to much, just something to give you energy. Maybe some crackers or a piece of fruit.

Well actually waiting about an hour after eating and then exercising is good becuase the food will energize you and w=you will work out more efficiently, therefore burning more calories. I know that if I eat something small like a pudding and then wait about 40 min and exercise it helps keep me going. ;) As for the model thing, I know what you mean, but I've come to accept the fact that I'm never going to be super airbrushed or thin, and I'm okay with hat. Forgive yourself, Claire, and focus on being healthy first. You can always tone up later, you know? And if you don't feel confident, check out the book Bobbi Brown Teenage Beauty. It is very helpful and fun. Never give up!!!!!!!!
