Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Aaagh i feel like crap! The past couple days have been terrible eating wise and today im trying to get back on track but im just so fricking hungry
Bfast- 2 weetabix + 1 mullerlight yoghurt + melon (330)
Lunch- 2 slice nimble bread + ww salsa tuna + cereal bar (265)
Snack- grapes (100)
Dinner- salmon, carrots + potatoes (700)
Total= 1395
The total isnt too bad but the thing is that im still hungry. Its completely psychological though as my stomach feels full and bloated but my mind is telling me that im hungry so i should keep eating. I hate this! Im getting so close to my goal but this just shows that when i get there ill have to continue dieting or ill end up gaining all the weight back =/

Hi Lucee! Hey we all screw up at one time or another, plus you've some this far already you have a lot to be proud of so don't give up!!! Plus you didn't do so badly, just keep on going. You're constantly learning and will reach your goal in no time!
