Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 145 lb - For breakfast I had a special K bar and for lunch I had a lean cusine sweet and sour chicken. Ive done some running here and there. Im going to try to do more later tonight. Other then crunches anyone know good exercises to flatten your stomach?

hey- crunches are good for building muscle, which raises your metabolism. mainly cardio is great for burning fat so you lose that stomach quickly, which you're doing by running. you need to focus on eating more fruits and veggies. make sure you're not eating just pre-packaged stuff, because you get many more nutrients (many that help you lose weight and have great/better skin) through fresh foods, plus fiber! you also need to make sure you are not eating less than 1200 calories a day or you may through your body into starvation mode which is detrimental to both your health and weight loss goals. keep it up!

stand with your feet shoulder width apart, and squat a bit like your about tosit in a chair. then without moving your lower body, twist your upperbody back and forth. this gives you a smaller waist i can guarantee you. and youll feelthe burn

Pilates and yoga are great, as well as belly-dancing. :)
