Bring your own healthy lunch/snack to work, and be prepared. You need to have a strong mindset. Tell yourself that you're making money to buy new, smaller clothes, and you will be wasting your time if you have to buy bigger clothes with that money! Bring some sugar free hard candy or gum to chew when you feel the urge to eat. If you go a whole week without eating anything at Diary Queen you can have one treat every Friday to keep you from going insane. You can do it!!! :P

try not to eat at work but if you always do and it really is disrupting your diet you have to decide whether youd rather have the money or lose weight and whether it is possible for you to get another job

Hm. WOrking at Dairy Queen shouldn't stop you from losing weight. First off you need to learn is control. If you control yourself...the food at your workplace will be nothing. Have you ever watched The Biggest Loser? the winner of that show (last year) Eric worked at a deli and he had the same problem..he would eat the food that he sold (sandwhiches, pasta, etc) but once he got on the Biggest Loser he learned how to control himself and he lost so much weight (more than a 100 lbs)...It's all about your MINDSET. Ignore the temptations and even though its hard...once you learn how to do that, you can accomplish anything. Bring a small baggy of grapes, almonds or a granola bar or something when you go to work..that way you have something healthy to munch on and won't have to eat the dairy products taht you sell. You have to believe in yourself and not use "I work at Dairy Queen..." as an excuse. I know you can do it. Anyone can! good luck=)
