Ht. 5'10", Start: 190 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 165 lb - okay so i jus happened to gain 21 pounds over the summer...
great jus wen i thought i kuldnt get any fatter...
I NEED HELP...advice plz...im tired of haveing a HUGE belly...
thats where all my fat goes straight to...
i hate it!!! i feel like a fat pile of slob...
i kant really work out my stomach either kuz its jus too big..
i kant do sit ups or cruntches...
i kuld b4 summer but now look what happened...
i thought that i would lose sum weight this summer by jus dieting but i guess my body needs more than that...
so wat kan i do for myself.
i need to lose these fat that ive gain by school which is by sep.22...is it possible,help plz
i jus keep gaining weight...i kan barely sit with my flabby gut poping out my sides and pants which dont want to button up...no wonder i would wear sweats and those streatch basketball shorts or watever lyk everyday...now ima have to buy at least two mor pairs of jeans for this fatness that i gained...NEED HELP PLZ!!!

If I can do crunches, you can do crunches. Just try to go as high as you can, but remember, crunches are useless for losing weight if you don't do cardio.

You have to believe in yourself. You must be determined. If you have the will and focus then you can do anything you put your mind to it.
