Ht. 5'6", Start: 227 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - Hey, Ben here again. So, I've been thinking. I know my problem, I just can't solve it. I can't. I have no idea how to get started, and get used to the routine of dieting and exercising. My house doesn't really have that much food, but when we do, it's the worst stuff. My portions that my parents are huge, and I know it is, I eat it anyways. But back to getting started, anyone have any tips? I also do -not- like to exercise outside. I have a small fear of bees, and I don't like being watched while exercising. Any tips?

go to your room, lock the door, blast some fast music and DANCE! =) that's what I do. It's fun and it burns lotss of calories. Try it!

I hate working out in front of people too. So I just do workout dvds. I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. And on YouTube, there's a video called 8 minute abs. It works super good. Make sure you do alot of cardio to shed fat.

For exercising, you could get dvds or vhs and do it in your own home. As for eating, just eat what you think is the right healthy portion.
