Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - heyyy. so yesterday i went overboard on the eating. but thats okay, the day before i had hardly ate at all so i think it evens out in the end. i tried on a bikini today. just the top. and it actually looked decent. my lower stomach still needs to lose a bit more and my arms but otherwise it wasnt totally disgusting like it would have been had i still been 225lbs. everyone keeps telling me ill be too skinny at 150, but seriously thats the perfect weight for my height and age. i guess ill just take it 5 pounds at a time and see how i look, and see if i can stand to lose more. my actual goal weight is 145 but i just want to see how ill look at 150 first. i think 145 would be amazing. anyways i hope everyone is doing well, and keep pushing guys! :)

i just want to say that 145 is a really low weight.. that might not look good on you with your height you might look a little sick .. im 5'7 and a 1/2 and im 160 pounds and my doctor said that thats the reccomended weight for my height and age ... now to think for someone thats 5'8 and 15 pounds less..:( but its up to you... whatever weight makes you feel the most comfortable and healthy and confident but i suggest that you dont go on the scale for a while.. and judge it by how you feel ;D stay strong though your a real inspiration

actually no, because calorie shifting keeps your metabolism going. if you eat the same amount of calories everyday your metabolism stays the same and you wont lose weight as fast because your body adjusts to that certain amount of calories per day

you shouldn't really eat like that. you should be eating around the same amount of calories everyday.
