This year i have been going through a lot and put on some weight.. I'm starting to feel disgusted with myself. My clothes still fit, and i havent gone up in sizes but i can tell i've gained wait. I figured i would come here to use this as my daily journal to help me. I have been readin about the rice diet, and ordered the book from amazon. i was wondering if anyone on here has ever tried it? I know weight loss is a life change and i think its time to make that change, and the rice diet is gonna help me, along with exercise of course. lol

I used to be in great shape because I was a gymnast until I was 13, and when I quit I started putting weight back on=/ It really sucks because I know how it feels to be thin and I want to be that way again so badly.
