Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I've been exercising for about 5 days and I'm only seeing results in my abdomen area as always... I really want to lose my thighs and my arms... They are my problem areas... not my stomach... It's fairly flat for someone my size but I pretty much carry my weight in my limbs... that sucks... But I'm doing well... staying on the ball and all of that stuff... stay motivated people.

hey, don't worry too much about it. your body decides on its own where it gains/loses fat first. everything else will follow in time, just focus on losing your weight and staying on the ball and the rest will take care of itself. good luck! :)
