Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - well, i want to loose weight i need to loose weight...i just don't know how to..well i do but i don't know were to start at all do i start big small? do i count cals or what? i really need some help...you all seem pretty nice too..can you help me? thanks oh and btw this site is really cool

BUT save the other half for another day
but eat the full thing of eggs, fruit, milk.
but don't drink ur calories

i'm still trying to lose weight too :)
but i first started with cutting all of the food i eat (normally) and have half of it.
like if u want to eat a snickers just eat half of it.
i play competetive basketball but i used to run everyday 3 miles and when i broke my plateu i lost 5 punds
but gained it all back ;)
u can run a mile a day or bike to the store, walk to a friends' house, run arund your neighborhood.
i believe in u sista u can do it!
