Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - Well i started this thing on saturday. its called clean eating. you eat 5-6 times a day, but small healthy stuff. i mostly eat fruits, haha. for breakfast i have some oatmeal with soymilk, like you cook it in the soy milk and its so good. then fruit and salads....you know...well i lay off the bread, even though its whole grain, less bread is good right now, and when i eat eggs i eat one full egg with 3 egg whites. im also trying to build more muscle in my arms. k. good luck.

Yeah Twitch! that would be great. haha. Everyone twitch is my weight loss buddy. ok....but yeah i get about 1000-1200 calories everday, depending on what i eat.

make sure you're eating enough calories though. hey you wanna be weight loss buddies. we're the exact same weight and your only an inch or two taller than me.
