Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 125 lb - i have a big problem with eating good food without picking on bad things.. help! and also if i eat right, do pilates and cardio can i lose 10 lbs in one month?

BTW, Yasmin, about how many calories did u eat when u were doing the 30 Day Shred? I just did my first day today. It was pretty grueling, huh? Also, when you did it for 2 extra weeks, what level did u do? Three the whole time?
One last thing: Did you do that whole 10 days per level thing? If so, how long did it take u to get used to each level? Please answer my questions!

actually, most people lose an average of 1-2. not many people I know or have talked to have lost much more than 2 very often.

yes i lost 5 lbs this week so far :D...some of its water weight..but you know...im sure you would be able to lost 10 lbs in a month because most people lose an average of 2-3 points a week.
