again with the treadmill sorry. lol. anyways does the treadmill help melt fat butts and thighs? or does it tone it like make it the fat into bulky legs? i just wanna lose the fat off.. then tone later.. i dont know how this works... please help me.. and i have this 5 pound ball i exercise with my arms.. will that make my fat melt or tone it with bulky muscles. sorry if im confusing you... i just dont wanna do the wrong exercises and come out looking weird and bulky. pleaes HELP! =]

first of all you are a girl and the BULKY muscles you are worried about getting can only create if you are a man or a woman who takes testosterone pills. so dont worry about bulking up...just do your exercises and you will be fine.

Running or walking on the treadmill is considered cardio which helps burn fat off your bady everywhere. Doing simple muscle and toning won't burn the fat, but it will strengthen the muscles, which will help with the cardio, which will help with the burning of fat. It's sort of a cycle like that. Just be sure to do cardio, and also toning all over to make you look and feel even (:

toneing wil help build muscle then those muscles will burn fat 24/7...so to your question toning and fatburning go hand in hand...if you do one the other will come and vise versa.
