Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I just weighed myself and much to mu surprise I was 218lbs! Last Monday (June 8th) I was 225lbs, up 2lbs from my previous weigh in. I have no idea how I lost the weight. Only exercised 3 times last week and I also had my fav. chinese food, and my BF made taco salad Sat. night w/ doritos, it was loaded. I had two plates. =( I wasn't going to weigh myself because my period started yesterday so hopefully when I weigh myself next Monday I'll be down even more. I don't know. We'll see. Hope all is well w/ everyone.

good job girl...you kno some times the weight comes off like a week later...i know that doesnt make much since...lol but like it like delays sometimes so maybe you lost all the weight...from working out the week before kinda thing...sorry im confusing lol...but congrats anyways....and 3 times a week is still better than nothing...so dont be too down on yourself :D and chinese food is my weakness...my bf was gonna get it for me tonight but i bailed on him causei had to workout instead...but he completely understands...good luck girl and keep up the amazing work!!!
