Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey guys! I just read about this super drink to get rid of water weight from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser trainer/creator of 30 day shred):
Get 60 oz. of distilled or pure water
Add a teaspoon of sugar free cranberry juice
Add 1 dandelion root tea bag
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
This is supposed to help you lose 5 pounds in 7 days--depending on how much water weight you're carrying around.
You drink one (1) 8 oz. cup a day, according to her website.

WAIT. do you drink that water only all day or do you also eat along with the water throughout the day. sorry if im confusing you. hehe
