Ht. 171 cm, Start: 73 kg, Today: 72 kg (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 60 kg - so it's summer hols here where i am and i decided to loose some weight til next semester. i'm aiming for 65 kilos. today i weighed myself for a start and found that i still kept off a kilo from the last time i tried. good luck? ;) dunno. my plan so far isn't much a plan yet. i'm writing down what i eat (trying to stay away from sweets and junk) and drink a lot of water. and since i've got so much time now (hahaha, i love hols - but who doesn't?) i'll be doing a lot of walking. and i'm visiting my dad so we'll be able to go to the gym together again :) nice.
anyone got some tips for me?  (Note: 171 cm, 72 kg is 5'7", 158 lb.)

Hey nat! I dont have an account on here, but i'm thinking of getting one cause BB seems really encouraging. Anyways, if you have comcast you should definitely go on OnDemand and do some at home workouts. If you dont have comcast, you should get a Jillian Michaels exercise program. They're really effective!
