And even this jeans doesn't fit anymore. I've grown out of all my other jeans. I think that's awful! But I still eat too much and I'm afraid I'll be eating too much. Still no way to eat less and lose weight. I'm going to meet friends tonight, and I'm afraid I'll eat too much of everything. That's really not good. But what can I do?

First I narrow it down to the things I'd like to eat, then I choose the healthiest of those things. If it's a huge portion, you can always get some wrapped up to take home. Fruit juices, smoothies, tea and chocolate milk are better options than soda, but a lot of restaurants have huge glasses, so try to only drink about a cup of beverage. (about the size of your fist)
