It'll be more difficult to reach, but I got this health book, which tells me that according to the size of my wrist compared to my height, I should actually weigh 119 - 131! I thought I'd be okay if I just reached 140, but apparently I shouldn't be that heavy! It's been more than a week now since I lost any weight, and I feel so bad about it :( I think it's because I had 2 bad days, out of like, 10. One was because it was my birthday, but I was just hungry on the other and couldn't seem to stop myself. I managed to keep it up for a while before ruining it though, so I must have some self control.. I just need to find it again.. Hows everyone else doing?

Reply from Didi, Age 16 - 08/22/09 - IP#: 173.54.205.xxx Those weight thing are not always true, because for a teenage girl I should be 115-130, but for my height I should be 90-100 pounds. so which one do i listen to?...Neither just ask your doctor what is a healthy weight for your age and height combined. Anyway keep up the good work don't let 2 days ruin you! i'm routing for you!!
