I started high school at 130 pounds, and now I've started my junior year at 186 pounds. I'm having a big problem with snacking afterschool, because I have so much homework and it just satiates me. If anyone has any tips for snacking, it would be much appreciated.

I read somwhere that if you eat an apple before any meal you'll eat 15% less than you originally would. Apples are full of fiber and very very filling. I eat one every day after school and I drink a few glasses of water, and I'm full by dinner. Trust me - just snack right.
