Ht. 5'10", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 160 lb - i'm so happy because i finally am 162. i haven't been that weight since the beginning of this year!
and i'm 2 pounds away from my mini-goal. i feel really motivated to lose weight.
so what do you guys think about exercising 4-5 times a week? should i exercise more like 6-7 times a week?

do whatever works for you, and workout whenever you have time. sometimes you could workout 7 times a week and other times 3 times a week. it doesn't really matter as long as your consistent with it.

You should really have a "rest day" somwhere in the middle of the week, so rest your muscles so they aren't overworked so much.
