Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So today my mom says Im gaining my weight back.I think im about 225 right now,I dont want to check though.I've been eating whatever,whenever,for the last month or two.Im ruining all my hard work.I just dont know what to do.I dont have any exercise machines,so I tried to do what I could,and I did 100 situps a day.Well it hurt alot,obviously,but I went through it anyways.But by the end of the week I found something new.A butt bone,or atleast thats what I think it is.It hurt soo bad to sit down,and when I tried to do a situp,I wanted to cry.Well there went that.Then I tried running.I rsn for an hour and it was pretty different.I kinda liked the feeling that I was improving myself even though I was tired.But my mom wont let me do that anymore cause she said its too dangerous because no one will stay with me and I might get hurt.Im also not aloud to run in my neighborhood cause thats dangerous too(yeah I have one of those kind of moms).So idk what to do.I also hate to let you know,but when you lose weight you lose your butt and boobs.I was a full c going into a d and now I cant fill my c cup.I also have no butt,or what is described as a "diaper butt" where you have a big butt on top then it goes in.And I break out all the time now that im eating alot again,but that happened when I ate healthy too.Im so hurt and confused.I hate being the odd one out.I hate not having a boyfriend,and just sitting there being the "just friends" girl.Thanks for reading and please write back<33

Hi, I'm 16 yrs old, 213 pounds. I used to weigh 235. Now i'm 213. I'm still working to lose weight. I'm not sure what to suggest for exercise, seeing as how you can't run. Are you allowed to walk? if so 30min. walks a day help. Something so simple as that can help keep the weight down. Also choosing water over soda, and not eating large portions can be a big help to. I really only take a 20min. walk each day, and controll my portions to a reasonable amount of food. It works. 100 sit ups a day. No wonder you hurt. Try things in moderation. Also The chest area and stuff like that. Don't worry about it. After you keep losing weight, your body will need to balence out. Everything will work out again. As for a boyfriend..i have one. It's great yes...total headache? yes. Don't worry about a boyfriend..though it may be nice..it's a total hard thing to deal with. If a guy can't love you for who you are, and what you look like now...c'mon...do you actually want him? But i see where you are coming from. It's depressing to know that most of the world is encouraging slimness, how to look good, and we are left in the dust...but no worries, just be confident in who you are, and your personality will shine brighter than anything! well you have done a great job so far with the weight you have lost! :) PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN! :) lol ...I have been in the mind setting you are in right now, for the last 2 days...where I just eat whatever I want and not work out..what is helping me now is to stay busy so I dont think about food,,good luck with everything :)..and dont worry bout dumb boys lol they are just more drama to add to life, enjoy the single life for now cause..you have the rest of your life to worry bout boys ..
